ArcelorMittal to Spend $850.5 Million on Mine, Port (Update2) (Bloomberg.com)

Aug. 20 (Bloomberg) -- ArcelorMittal , the world's biggest steelmaker, said it will spend $850.5 million acquiring an iron ore mine and developing a port in Brazil to increase self sufficiency in the raw material.
