DOWNTOWN MIAMI A burglar ransacked a business at 345 NE Second Ave. between 10:30 p.m. Oct. 13 and 5 a.m. Oct. 14. A burglar kicked in the front door of an apartment in the 100 block of Northeast Second Avenue on Oct. 11.
